INGREDIENTES

  • 1 kg lombo de porco
  • 200 ml vinho branco
  • 200 ml azeite
  • 1 cabeça de alho
  • 2 colheres de sopa de massa de pimentão
  • 1 colher de sopa de sal

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Coloque o lombo de porco numa assadeira e com uma faca bem afiada dê alguns cortes no lombo.
  • Adicione os alhos com casca esmagados, vinho branco, sal, pimentão e azeite.
  • Deixe marinar cerca de uma hora.
  • Leve ao forno a 180ºC cerca de 1 hora. Vá regando o lombo.
  • Desligue o forno e sirva.

  • Se gostar pode adicionar louro aos temperos e mesmo malagueta para dar um toque picante ao prato.
  • A operação de marinar é decisiva para tornar a carne mais tenra.
