INGREDIENTES

  • 300 g de esparguete preto
  • 250 g de miolo de camarão
  • 2 dentes de alho
  • qb de azeite
  • qb de margarina
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta
  • qb de coentros

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por cozer a massa de acordo com as instruções.
  • À parte coloque azeite e margarina numa frigideira, deixe aquecer um pouco e coloque os alhos picados.
  • Acrescente o camarão, tempere com sal e pimenta e deixe cozinhar um pouco.
  • Junte a massa escorrida ao camarão, aproveitando o molho em que cozinhou o mesmo.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Pode optar por camarão com casca.
  • Nos ingredientes pode adicionar mais algumas opções, como amêijoas, delícias do mar ou azeitonas.
