INGREDIENTES

  • 300 g de esparguete preto
  • 250 g de miolo de camarão
  • 3 dentes de alho
  • 200 g de cogumelos frescos
  • qb de azeite
  • qb de margarina
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta
  • qb de coentros

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Coza a massa de acordo com as instruções.
  • À parte coloque azeite e margarina numa frigideira, deixe aquecer um pouco e coloque os alhos picados.
  • Acrescente os cogumelos e deixe cozinhar um pouco. Em seguida coloque o camarão e alguns coentros picados. Retifique de sal e pimenta e continue a confecionar.
  • Junte a massa escorrida ao preparado de cogumelos e camarão
  • Sirva.
