INGREDIENTES

  • 300 g de peito de frango cozido/assado
  • 100 g de maionese light
  • 1 cebola pequena picada
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Desfie o frango para um recipiente adequado.
  • Transfira para o liquidificador, juntamente com a maionese e a cebola, e bata até formar uma pasta.
  • Retifique de sal e pimenta.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Se cozer o peito de frango, faça-o numa panela com água e sal durante 20 minutos.
  • Aproveite as sobras de frango assado para fazer este paté.
  • Pode acrescentar alguns ingredientes ao paté, como azeitonas ou milho doce.
  • Experimente fazer uma tosta de frango com este paté, polvilhando com queijo mozarella magro antes de ir à “tostadeira”.
  • Acompanha lindamente com uns grissinis.
