INGREDIENTES

  • 2 bifes
  • 2 ovos
  • 4 batatas
  • 4 dentes alho
  • 1 cálice de vinho tinto
  • qb de pimenta
  • qb de sal
  • qb de mostarda
  • qb de azeitonas
  • qb de pickles
  • qb de óleo
  • qb de manteiga

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Coloque os bifes a marinar no vinho (junto com uma pitada de sal, pimenta, alhos cortados finamente e mostarda a gosto).
  • Deixe marinar durante 30 minutos.
  • Enquanto isso, corte as batatas em palitos e coloque-as a fritar.
  • Coloque 2 colheres de manteiga numa frigideira e leve ao lume.
  • Retire os bifes da marinada e reserve-a para depois fazer o molho.
  • Frite os bifes na frigideira ao seu gosto (bem passados ou mal passados).
  • Retire os bifes, verta o resto da marinada na frigideira e deixe-a misturar-se com a manteiga. Reserve.
  • Estrele 2 ovos temperados com um pouco de sal.
  • Coloque os bifes numa travessa e regue-os com o molho.
  • Coloque as batatas fritas e decore com azeitonas e pickles.
  • Se for do seu agrado, acompanhe com arroz e salada.

DICAS

  • O melhor vinho para utilizar na marinada é o vinho verde tinto. 
  • Pode substituir o vinho por sumo de limão, mas o sabor não será o mesmo.
  • Se a carne não estiver suficientemente tenra, utilize um martelo de cozinha para a macerar.
  • Em vez de arroz e salada, também pode acompanhar com queijo e fiambre.
