INGREDIENTES

  • 2 ovos
  • 2 chávenas de chá de leite
  • 2 chávenas de chá de açúcar
  • 1 chávena de chá de farinha de trigo
  • qb caramelo líquido
  • qb margarina

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por bater os ovos e em seguida adicione o açúcar.
  • Acrescente a farinha de trigo e o leite.
  • Unte uma forma com margarina e em seguida regue com caramelo líquido.
  • Coloque a forma num tabuleiro com água para que vá ao forno a 200ºC durante um período de 40 minutos, ou até que o pudim fique consistente.
  • Deixe arrefecer e sirva.

DICAS

  • O pudim pode ser trabalhado com mais alguns ingredientes, nomeadamente extracto de baunilha, raspa de limão ou canela.
  • A decoração com frutos secos, ou disponibilizar uma mistura desses alimentos aos seus convidados é igualmente uma opção muito interessante.
