INGREDIENTES

  • 400 g leite condensado (1 lata)
  • 400 g leite (medida da lata de leite condensado)
  • 3 ovos
  • qb caramelo líquido

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por bater bem os ovos no liquidificador.
  • Adicione em seguida os restante ingredientes, nomeadamente o leite condensado e o leite. Bata de novo até obter uma mistura bem homogénea.
  • Regue bem uma forma redonda com caramelo líquido e transfira a massa do pudim para a mesma.
  • Deixe cozinhar em banho-maria no forno a 180ºC durante 45 minutos.
  • Desenforme apenas quando estiver frio.

DICAS

  • O ponto de cozedura do pudim deve ser controlado através de uma faca. Se ao colocar a faca no pudim esta sair limpa, a sobremesa estará pronta.
  • Para que o pudim de leite condensado fique consistente use uma peneira para colocar o preparado na forma.
  • Um dos passos decisivos para a qualidade do pudim passa por não o cozer em forno alto, tapando-o com papel de alumínio.
