INGREDIENTES

  • 500 g de farinha
  • 150 g de açúcar
  • 4 ovos
  • 80 g de manteiga derretida
  • 100 ml de água morna
  • 20 g fermento de padeiro
  • qb de canela

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Coloque a farinha numa taça adequada.
  • Adicione o fermento dissolvido em água morna e misture bem.
  • Junte os restantes ingredientes e amasse até obter uma massa uniforme.
  • Deixe levedar durante 1 hora.
  • Separe a massa em duas porções e molde dois rolos individualmente.
  • Entrelace os rolos e disponha-os num tabuleiro com farinha.
  • Pincele com ovo e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 ºC durante 30 minutos a 40 minutos.

DICAS

  • Aos ingredientes utilizados para preparar a massa pode acrescentar um pouco de vinho do porto ou sumo de limão ou de laranja, bem como raspas dos mesmos.
  • Ao invés de água morna pode utilizar leite para dissolver o fermento.
  • A regueifa pode ser recheada com vários sabores após a sua confeção. Chocolate, morango ou mesmo manteiga são opções a ter em conta.
