INGREDIENTES

  • 2 alheiras
  • ¼ de cebola picada finamente
  • 1 gema de ovo
  • qb sal
  • qb pimenta
  • qb salsa
  • qb pão ralado

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Retire a pele às alheiras e esfarele-as numa taça.
  • Junte a cebola, a gema de ovo, salsa picadinha a gosto e tempere com sal e pimenta.
  • Misture tudo muito bem.
  • Faça bolinhas com o preparado e passe-as por pão ralado.
  • Coloque num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.
  • Leve a forno pré-aquecido a 180 ºC durante 15 minutos ou até que fiquem douradinhas.

DICAS

  • Se preferir aproveite a clara para passar os salgadinhos antes de os colocar no pão ralado.
  • Um ingrediente que também liga muito bem com a alheira é maçã, portanto pode adicioná-la em pedacinhos muito pequenos a esta receita.
