INGREDIENTES

  • 500 g de abóbora cozida
  • 2 ovos
  • 150 g de farinha
  • 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar
  • 1 colher de café de fermento em pó
  • 1 laranja

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Coloque a abóbora na trituradora.
  • À parte bata os ovos e junte-os à abóbora.
  • Adicione a farinha, o açúcar e o fermento, misturando em seguida todos os componentes.
  • De seguida acrescente a raspa de uma laranja.
  • Frite em óleo bem quente, utilizando uma colher para individualizar a massa.
  • Retire e passe por açúcar e canela.

DICAS

  • Tenha atenção à forma como triturar a abóbora, pois o objectivo é que fique passada e não líquida.
  • Na mistura de ingredientes pode adicionar um cálice de whisky, brandy ou vinho do porto.
  • Por comparação com outro tipo de sonhos, esta massa fica mais grossa, portanto não estranhe a situação.
  • A farinha deve ser peneirada antes de a acrescentar.
  • Frite os sonhos até ficarem dourados e antes de os passar por açúcar e canela deixe-os repousar durante algum tempo no papel absorvente, para que percam o excesso de gordura.
