INGREDIENTES

  • 1 laranja
  • 500 g de abóbora cozida e triturada
  • 2 ovos
  • 150 g de farinha com fermento
  • 150 g de açúcar
  • qb de canela

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Com a batedeira misture o açúcar, os ovos e a raspa e o sumo de uma laranja.
  • Acrescente a abóbora e volte a misturar.
  • Junte a farinha aos poucos e envolva até homogeneizar.
  • Aqueça o óleo numa frigideira adequada.
  • Frite porções de massa.
  • Coloque num prato com papel absorvente.
  • Passe por canela e sirva.

DICAS

  • Pode optar por cozer a abóbora com a casca de laranja e triturar tudo em seguida.
  • Peneire a farinha e os ovos. A farinha fica mais leve e o sabor a ovo menos intenso.
  • Se preferir utilize farinha e fermento à parte.
