INGREDIENTES

  • 300 g de feijão encarnado cozido com caldo
  • 500 g de batatas
  • 1 cebola
  • 1 dente de alho
  • 1 cenoura
  • qb sal
  • qb pimenta

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por descascar, cortar e lavar as batatas, a cebola, o alho e a cenoura.
  • Acrescente o feijão e cubra o conteúdo com água.
  • Tempere com sal e pimenta e confecione durante 20 minutos.
  • Retire a sopa do lume e triture.
  • Sirva bem quente.

DICAS

  • Nesta sopa, e caso goste, pode usar louro como tempero.
  • Como na maior parte das sopas, após ser confeccionada, e no momento de servir, pode aromatizar com alguns condimentos. Aqui sugerimos os coentros.
