INGREDIENTES

  • 12 gemas
  • 2 pães tipo cacete cortados em pedacinhos
  • 800 ml de água
  • 500 g de açúcar
  • 1 pau de canela
  • qb de casca de limão
  • qb de canela em pó

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Num tacho adequado coloque a água, o açúcar, o pau de canela e a casca de limão.
  • Confecione por 5 minutos.
  • Adicione o pão à calda e misture bem.
  • Deixe arrefecer um pouco.
  • Adicione as gemas e mexa.
  • Leve novamente a lume brando para que engrosse.
  • Transfira para uma travessa funda e polvilhe com canela.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Sugerimos que utilize duas cascas de limão.
  • O pão deve ser endurecido. Preferencialmente com 1 a 2 dias.
  • Corte o pão em pedacinhos ou fatias finas.
  • Deve adicionar as gemas individualmente, mexendo entre cada adição.
  • Conserve o doce no frio.
