  • 500 g de mamão descascado e sem sementes
  • 2 chávenas de chá de água

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Parta o mamão em pedaços e coloque-o no liquidificador juntamente com a água.
  • Bata até obter a consistência desejada.
  • Sirva com gelo.

DICAS

  • Se necessitar acrescente mais água…ou reduza a quantidade. Depende do seu gosto.
  • O gelo pode ser batido no liquidificador juntamente com o sumo.
  • Aromatize com um pouco de hortelã.
