INGREDIENTES

  • 1 base de massa folhada
  • 500 g de cerejas
  • 4 ovos
  • 200 g de açúcar
  • 3 copos de leite
  • 5 colheres de sopa de farinha

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Lave bem as cerejas e retire os caroços.
  • Coloque a embalagem de massa folhada numa tarteira e disponha nela as cerejas.
  • Num tacho, misture bem o açúcar, a farinha e o leite.
  • Adicione os ovos e mexa tudo muito bem.
  • Coloque o preparado por cima das cerejas.
  • Leve ao forno a 170ºC durante, aproximadamente, 40 minutos.

DICAS

  • Se pretende fazer uma tarte de cerejas americana, deve começar por cozer as cerejas durante 5 minutos e misturá-las com 200 gramas de açúcar, 20 gramas de amido de milho, um pouco de sal e extrato de amêndoa. Neste caso, não faz o creme. Além disso, deve fazer a massa folhada 2 vezes: uma para servir de base e outra de cobertura.
  • Pode utilizar uma base de amêndoa em vez da massa folhada: triture 50 gramas e adicione farinha e manteiga.
  • Se quiser acentuar o sabor da cereja, adicione sumo de meio limão.
  • Em vez do creme descrito na receita, pode utilizar natas ou iogurte. Desta forma, esta tarte de cereja irá ficar muito mais cremosa.
