INGREDIENTES

  • 1 embalagem de massa quebrada
  • 500 ml de leite
  • 75 g de farinha
  • 200 ml de água
  • 250 g de açúcar
  • 6 gemas
  • qb canela
  • qb limão

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por dissolver a farinha no leite. Reserve.
  • Coloque ao lume a água e o açúcar, juntamente com 1 pau de canela e 1 casca de limão.
  • Após ferver adicione a mistura de leite e farinha.
  • Continuando ao lume, deixe que ganhe consistência.
  • À parte bata as gemas e adicione ao creme, mexendo bem até obter uma mistura homogénea e que engrosse devidamente.
  • Forre a tarteira com a massa quebrada.
  • Adicione o creme.
  • Confecione em forno pré-aquecido a 180 ºC durante 30 minutos.
  • Deixe arrefecer, desenforme e sirva.

DICAS

  • Na preparação pode utilizar mais do que 1 casca de limão.
  • É importante que não se esqueça de retirar o pau de canela e as cascas de limão depois do preparado estar concluído.
  • A massa pode ser preparada utilizando essencialmente farinha e manteiga.
