INGREDIENTES

  • 1 kg de entrecosto
  • 2 colheres de sopa de massa de pimentão
  • 3 tomates
  • 2 cebolas
  • 1 curgete
  • 1 abacaxi

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Tempere o entrecosto com a massa de pimentão.
  • Lave e corte ao meio as cebolas e os tomates.
  • Descasque, corte às fatias e lave bem o abacaxi e a curgete.
  • Grelhe a carne e os vegetais na brasa até que fiquem no ponto a seu gosto.
